Bulkhead Information

Four bulkheads totaling 725 linear feet (221 m) of steel sheet piling.
Concrete loadout skidways with rebar over treated piling, capable of supporting 50 tons per linear foot of skids.

Water Transportation Restrictions

17.5 feet (5.33 m) - Minimum barge overall depth.
250 feet (76.2 m) - Minimum channel width at Port of West St. Mary .
12 feet (3.65 m) - Minimum water depth to Gulf of Mexico .
Jacket fabrication is limited to a maximum of 195 linear feet (60 m) in width (limitation due to Louisa Bridge , which has 200 feet (61 m) open width clearance).
There are no overhead restrictions to the Gulf of Mexico .

• Parts can be heat treated at a temperature range of up to 1700° F with a temperature uniformity of +/- 40° F during the heating cycle.
• Six (6) - Ratio / Fixed Air Furnace Burners (10 Million BTU each)
